What you get

Eighteen traits, compared honestly

The comparator is a reading tool, not a game. It reports what published sources say about each animal and shows where they overlap. It does not stage encounters between them or declare a winner, because that question has no scientific answer.

Measurements

Length, weight, top speed, depth range and lifespan, shown as the ranges the literature supports, in customary units with metric alongside.

Range and ecology

Oceans, habitats and prey groups, with the values each animal shares and the ones unique to it marked separately.

Behavior and status

Social structure, active period and reproduction, plus the conservation assessment and population trend for each animal.
